Listing prices have crept up a bit, thought the median home sale price remained steady.
The absorption rate dropped for the third month in a row and that’s great for all of the sellers on the market or individuals thinking about selling because there are fewer homes on the market.
The sold to list ratio has also steadily increased.
The lack of inventory has a direct correlation to the days on market, the DOM has also dropped.
