The listing inventory wen up and it is continuing to climb.
Along with that the absorption rate is also going up which means more homes are being listed than are being sold.
If you are thinking about selling your home you will want to be realistic with your pricing. Please contact us and we can pull a home value report for your property and give you an idea of what value you have in your home.
If you are thinking about buying or selling, this is the time to do it!!! The Dodd Frank act is coming into play come January of 2014, the law will affect ability to qualify for a loan based on your debt to income ratio. This isn’t just for home loans it applies to all types of loans including auto loans.
Remember these market stats are for all of the Arizona market, including condos, re sale homes, etc… Every market is different depending on the area the property is located in.
