Sold Listings Jumped Up!
– This is usually because August is a slow month since children are going back to school, people are coming back from vacation and this year wasn’t any different.
Listing Prices Have also gone Up!!!
Days on Market have gone up!
– The absorption of the market is changing we are now looking at about 3 months of inventory. Which means that this is still a seller’s market!
Sold to List Price is down!
– This is pretty normal most people when listing their home put their price a little high knowing that it will come down a bit.
Remember these market stats are for all of the Arizona market, including condos, re sale homes, etc… Every market is different depending on the area the property is located in.
